You do nopt have the register to participate in the fast.. I will share some post and videos here at least once a week
any melon (cucumber is allowed).. Eat as much or as little as required by your body
Liquids.. Distilled water or fresh coconut water.. Not packaged coconut water
No more than one meal a day is to be blended
No other ingredients, no hers, vitamins, or supplements
Elimination… Those experiencing headaches or feeling bloated, or not going to the bathroom at all for the first 3 days may consider an enema/colonics.. although allowing the body to work itself through is ideal, unless in an emergency
Special suggestions:.. It’s important to move your bodies everyday. a brisk walk 2x a day, some yoga, calisthenics etc.t to the point of exhaustion/challenge, and pay attention to what your limits are. Keep in mind the lymph’s eliminate the toxins, but it doesn’t have a pump like the heart so it needs movement to assist in getting stuff out.. I recommend getting a rebounder ( mini trampoline, less than $100 bucks and worth it)…do about 20 minutes in the morning of light jumping on the rebounder, or as much as you can w/ overextending yourself.. this will keep the skin tight as you lose the pounds.. if you’re not exercising you’ll find many of the toxins that are released go right back into the blood stream..
Exercises is a must, and not just cardio (except when you’re really tired) .. strength training to keep us tight and strong Journal everyday..
More suggestions; write about how you feel during this process, Unresolved emotional issues may come up during the fast for you to create a solution for.. it will come at a level that’s manageable for you… Meditate/ pray/ visualize what a healthy you looks like..If you have an old picture of yourself at an earlier age when you where a lean machine, stick it up on your bathroom mirror and have a conversation w/ yourself about letting that person back out. Do this every morning and night. Ask yourself this question..”what does loving me look like”, and revisit that question a couple of time throughout your fast Ask for support from family or friends, and make a mental note of the supportive people in case you desire moral support throughout this process.. Allow ample space from non supportive people.
For those seeking to lose weight for upcoming events, remind yourself that you are more valuable than the event and commit to continue to care and love yourself. after and before the event Remember we are fasting not starving.. Drink or eat as much as needed… for those on a liquid fast, hunger will subside by the second day or so, and may not even take place.. What people call a hunger headache is generally a headache caused by toxins trying to get out of the body and getting back into the blood stream..
Medications…Discuss this w/ your primary care although they may not believe in this approach.. Do not stop taking your medications.. with certain meds like pain meds, and blood pressure meds you may find your need diminishes as you get along w/ your fasting.. Reducing or eliminating medication can leave you w/ withdrawal symptoms so if you decide to cut back or eliminate taking any meds, do so gradually.. Most inflammatory conditions like arthritis will not flare up during the fast and symptoms may subside in a few days, so the need for the pain medicine may be not be present….
We are fasting one day at a time for 30 days.. Some of you may have days when you’re tired or eliminating toxins at a rapid rate..Don’t fight that period, take the needed rest or breather and allow the body to do it’s thing.. Important: take time to get to know your body: remind yourself that there’s an intuition you have that will direct you to health.. get acquainted w/ it… It is a great idea for us to take pictures on our first day, and compare them w/our final day.. .Cut down on the TV w/ the food ads, and read something that’s soothing and empowering for you….
