Here is our feasting option. Take time to allow this resonates with you. Remember this is not something forced, it is something we’re giving ourselves..
QUICK NOTE: Blending fruits and vegetables is different than juicing. Juicing extracts the pulp/fiber away. With juicing you are bypassing a major part of the digestive process and freeing of vital energy for healing ourselves.. Blending helps with making your food more digestible.. Both have benefits and with both you are to still chew to insure you’re getting saliva to help the digestive process

FRUIT FEAST: This consist of eating solely “SWEET JUICY WATERY FRUITS”. Ideally seeded and organic, but do the best with the resources you have. Vegetable fruits like tomatoes and avocado are NOT in this category.. Bananas are ok in limited amounts. Dried fruits only to be used with smoothies and only occasionally. Those with blood sugar challenges (not recommend if you’re in insulin), are best starting with low glycemic fruits for the first 4 days ( apples, berries, cherries, pears, and NO banana or dried fruits )
“SWEET WATERY FRUITS” . That’s how it should taste and feel in your mouth .. Distilled water as well as fresh coconut water is allowed . You may find you drink very little or no water, which is ok as the fruits will hydrate you.. You’ll find eating fewer combinations of fruits at each meal will digest better and you will feel satisfied with less
“TIPS AND NOTES”
We will not be supplementing any vitamins, powders or additives including herbal potions
IMPORTANT.. Those on high blood pressure medicine must monitor your pressure daily and throughout the day. By day 4 or 5 you may need to eliminate the Meds as your body will be maintaining it’s own pressure just fine..
Colonics or Enemas can assist with eliminating old waste, but I will leave that to the discretion of each person and to do your research.. Clean water only !!! No laxative or herbal detox potions !!
It is utmost importance to move your body daily. A brisk walk, cardio, yoga, resistance training to challenge your body. The lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump to move the toxins out. It relies on our movement to act as a pump.. Those with space limitations and staying inside can use a rebounder (mini trampoline) and do calisthenics . Let’s keep everything tight and lean..
MORE RECOMMENDATIONS: Journal daily on your experience fasting as well as thoughts and ideas that arise. Meditate , pray, visualize what your ideal healthy self looks and feels like.. Set sone bold courageous goals. If you have a picture of yourself at an early time being healthy and in shape, put it on your fridge door or bathroom mirror and have a conversation with yourself daily about allowing that person back out. Ask and find who is supporting you on this journey and connect with them. Network with others in the group.. Avoid trying to convince others of your journey, and fellowship with supportive people..
Those seeking to lose weight for upcoming events, remind yourself of your health and wellness being more important than those events
MEDICATIONS: ideally we seek to do this process without using medication.. Some medications can be eliminated immediately and some gradually, especially with addictive properties and withdrawal symptoms. Discuss this with your health care physician or another one familiar with this process.. in addition monitoring your vitals throughout the day is important.

Take some before and after pictures and begin to work on your testimony. Take time to get aquatinted with your body.. Limit your tv usage and computer/ browsing time.. listen to uplifting music and stories . Read fun or empowering stuff . Listen to your body and your intuition
